Clear data. Clear choices.
This policy explains what LeadMeAlone processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you. Last updated 10 August 2026.
Information you provide
We process account details such as your name and email, workspace settings, leads you choose to save, notes, generated website drafts, and support messages. Passwords are stored as secure hashes rather than readable passwords.
Public business information
Territory discovery uses public or licensed provider data. A public record may include a business name, category, address, phone, website, opening status, and map coordinates. LeadMeAlone labels source limitations and does not claim access to private advertising accounts, spend, profit, or ownership data.
Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page views, guide engagement, demo interactions, signup starts, territory scans, lead saves, website-generation starts, and checkout starts. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, lead details, or other personally identifiable information in analytics events. You can decline analytics in the preference notice. Learn how Google processes information from sites using its services at Google’s partner-sites privacy page.
Payments and email
Payment providers process checkout and billing data under their own privacy terms. LeadMeAlone receives the account and subscription status needed to provide access. Email providers process messages such as welcome, security, billing, and product-service emails.
Why we process information
We use information to provide and secure the service, perform user-requested actions, prevent abuse, support customers, maintain records, improve product usability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention, security, and deletion
We retain data only as long as needed for the service, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. No online service is risk-free, but we use access controls, hashed passwords, secure transport, provider credentials kept outside public code, and audit records for sensitive operations.
Your choices
You can decline analytics, update workspace data, cancel plan renewal, export relevant records where available, and request account correction or deletion. Some financial or security records may need to be retained when required by law.
